02 — Feasibility by region & class

Where same-day is most likely to clear today.

Honest, by-region reads — refreshed by ops through the day. Indicative only; actual availability depends on the moment you request.

Northeast corridor High

TEB HPN BOS PHL IAD

Dense aircraft basing and short stage lengths make TEB–BOS, HPN–DCA, and PHL–BOS the most launchable same-day corridors in North America. Light & midsize jets dominate.

Florida & Southeast High

OPF MIA FLL TPA ATL

Strong winter season depth. OPF–TEB, MIA–ATL, and FLL–Teterboro clear same-day consistently when weather allows. Afternoon thunderstorms are the main hold.

Texas & Central Medium

DAL HOU AUS OKC MEM

Plenty of based aircraft but longer stage lengths mean more positioning. Super-midsize jets (Challenger 350, Citation X) work well for HOU–MIA or DAL–TEB.

West Coast Medium

VNY SNA SFO LAS SEA

VNY and LAS have deep availability; coastal fog at SFO/SNA can push your wheels-up by an hour or two. Midsize jets cover VNY–ASP same-day comfortably.

Midwest Medium

MDW CLE IND MSP

Chicago basing is strong; winter de-ice queues are the constraint. Plan ±2 hours in Jan–Feb. King Air 350 and Citation CJ3 launch fastest from MDW.

Europe & transatlantic Low

LCY LGT GVA NCE

Same-day intra-Europe (LCY–GVA, LGT–NCE) is feasible on light jets. True transatlantic same-day is rarely possible due to slot and duty constraints — we will tell you.

03 — What can block same-day

The honest list of things that can stop today.

We would rather tell you "not today" than overpromise. These are the real constraints that can push or cancel a same-day launch — and what we do about each.

Crew duty limits

FAR Part 135 crew duty is a hard clock. If a crew's available duty window doesn't cover your needed-by plus flight time, we look for a fresh crew or move the launch.

Weather & ceiling

Low IFR, fog, snow, or convective activity at origin or destination can hold a launch. We pull real METARs and TAFs and give you an honest read on whether today still works.

FBO & slot hours

Some airports are slot-controlled (TEB, LGA, LCY); some FBOs have night curfews. We check FBO hours and slots at the same time we match the aircraft.

Our honesty callout: if your route genuinely cannot make today — crew duty, weather, or no in-range aircraft — we tell you in your first reply, and give you the next legal launch window. You are never charged for a flight that does not operate.

04 — Sample same-day corridors

Typical same-day routes and indicative pricing.

Estimates only, not guaranteed fares. Final pricing depends on aircraft availability, positioning, and the day you fly. All flights operated by FAA Part 135 carriers.

"We needed wheels-up in under four hours from Teterboro to Boston. They came back with three aircraft and an honest crew-duty read in eleven minutes. The CJ3 launched on time."

— Family office travel manager

"What I value is that they tell me when same-day will not work. Twice they moved us to the next legal morning rather than overpromise. That is the right call for my principals."

— Corporate aviation coordinator

"Text updates at every stage: matched, crew confirmed, FBO slot, wheels-up. No chasing. Same-day from OPF to TEB went exactly as quoted."

07 — Frequently asked

Same-day questions, answered honestly.

What time do I need to request by?

Most same-day departures need the request in by mid-afternoon local time at the departure airport. Earlier requests give you more matching aircraft and a wider crew-duty window. When you tell us your route and needed-by, we will tell you the latest we can still launch today for that specific corridor.

Which aircraft classes are most available same-day?

Light jets (Citation CJ3, Embraer Phenom 300), midsize and super-midsize jets (Citation Excel/X, Learjet 60, Challenger 350), and turboprops (King Air 350) are typically the most available on short notice. Heavy jets and ultra-long-range aircraft are less likely same-day due to limited basing and longer positioning legs.

What if weather cancels my same-day flight?

If weather cancels, we work to re-match an alternative aircraft or nearby departure airport, or move the flight to the next legal window. You are not charged for a flight that does not operate. We will always give you an honest feasibility read rather than overpromise a launch that weather will not allow.

Can I do a same-day round trip?

Yes for shorter corridors when crew duty and aircraft availability allow. We plan ground time and return legs to stay inside FAR Part 135 crew-duty limits, and we will tell you the latest legal return wheels-up we can hold for the day. TEB–BOS–TEB and OPF–FLL–OPF are common same-day roundtrips.

How do I get status updates on a same-day flight?

You get a dedicated ops contact and live updates at every stage — request received, aircraft matched, crew and FBO confirmed, and wheels-up. Average first response is around 9 minutes. Phone, text, and email all stay open from request to arrival.
