Who we are
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Same Day Private Jet.
What the form collects
Your name, email and phone number; the details of the trip, such as airports, date, departure time, passengers and notes; and where you came from, meaning the referring page and any campaign tags in your link.
Why
So we can answer the request, arrange the flight if you go ahead and support you on the day. Occasional offers are sent by email only if you tick the box for them, and stopping them is a single reply away.
Who else sees it
The carrier that would operate the trip, and providers we rely on to quote and book it, such as email and hosting services. No one buys your information from us; we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
For the life of the request or trip, then for as long as tax, accounting or legal duties require. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
Your choices
Ask to see your information, fix it or have it deleted. Reply to any email you receive from us, or send a note through the quote form.
Cookies
We set no tracking or analytics cookies. If any cookie is used, it is one the site needs to function.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. A parent or guardian books travel for minors.
Updates
A revised policy will be posted here with its new valid-from date.
