Using this site
This site belongs to Charter Jet One, an air charter broker trading as Same Day Private Jet. Your use of it means you accept these terms.
Our role
Same Day Private Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Estimates and lead times
Hourly ranges, flight times, planner deadlines and examples on this site are informational estimates. They are not offers, and they do not promise that a particular departure time is achievable.
Quotes and confirmation
A quote binds no one until you sign a charter agreement with the operating carrier, whose details are disclosed to you before you book. Every aircraft and crew remains subject to confirmation by the operator.
Taxes and fees
Quotes show the taxes and fees that apply, such as the US federal excise tax and segment fees on domestic trips and foreign charges on international ones. Day-dependent charges, like de-icing, are explained before you book.
Changes and cancellations
These follow the charter agreement for your flight. Empty legs and shared flights depend on other trips and can be changed or withdrawn by the operator.
Liability
Within the limits the law allows, we are not liable for what operators, airports or other third parties do or fail to do, or for indirect or consequential loss. Liability that the law does not permit us to limit is unaffected.
Your part
Give accurate information and use the site lawfully. The content is general information and can change without notice.
Governing law
The laws of the United States and the State of New York apply to these terms.
